From date of purchase, All-Clad guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

Baccarat

All Baccarat cookware is covered by a Lifetime Guarantee against manufacturing defects and abnormal deterioration when used in accordance with the care and use instructions and normal domestic use.

Calphalon

Calphalon products have two separate warranty periods for different products. Calphalon One and Unison products are covered by a lifetime warranty, which lasts for as long as you own the goods. The Simply Calphalon range is covered by a 10 year warranty, after which warranty claims will not be accepted.

Registration with Calphalon is recommended for warranty protection. Calphalon One and Unison products do not require registration. Simply Calphalon products do require registration for their 10 year warranty.

If you have any problems with your Calphalon cookware, please contact Calphalon customer service directly for assistance and to make a claim. Their phone number is 1800 099 012, or you can email info@calphalon.com.au. Cookware items may need to be returned first for inspection, lids and other accessories may not.

Conditions

Calphalon's warranty includes any defects in the product that occur during normal use. Calphalon advises that damage from dishwasher use and overheating non-stick cookware is not typically covered by their warranty. Overheating can occur from leaving non-stick cookware on the stove unattended, or from very high heat cooking. Normal exceptions such as accidental damage, loss and theft are also not covered. Calphalon will repair any affected item under warranty at no cost, or if the item is irreparable or if no spare parts exist, a replacement will be sent to the customer.

Chef Inox

Chef Inox Cookware is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use for lifetime from the date of purchase.

le Domaine promises the original purchaser to repair or to replace at our option (a substitute of equal value will be supplied when a warranted product is no longer in production) any defective piece or article during the warranted term. Any defective merchandise should be returned to us with a written explanation of the problem (including name, address and phone number) and the original proof of purchase and date and price. The new item will then be warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the unexpired term of the original warranty.

The warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from miss use, negligence, accidents, improper repair, commercial or dishwasher use. Damage such as markings or discolouration caused by over heating or pitting are not protected by this warranty. Incidental or consequential damages are definitely excluded by this warranty.

Conditions

The 5 year guarantee covers defects that arise during normal household use. Jamie Oliver

Tefal offers Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Jamie Oliver cookware, bakeware and pressure cookers. Tefal warrants the handles, body, knobs, lids and fixings of the non-stick pan and pressure cookers to be free of any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for a period of 12 months. The non-stick coating is guaranteed for the life of the pan against blistering or peeling.

This warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage (including overheating), or commercial use. It does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches on the inside or outside of the product due to normal wear and tear. Dishwasher effects and damages are not covered under the warranty.

Replacement warranty also excludes breakages and consumable items. The normal life of accessories (such as pressure regulator, safety devices etc..) is limited. These parts are excluded from the guarantee and will require periodic renewal. Tefal reserves the right not to replace any packaging, instructions, or recipe books unless faulty.

Peugeot

Peugeot mills have a separate warranty for the grinding mechanism and for the body of the mill. All grinding mechanisms have a lifetime guarantee, valid for as long as you own the item. The body of the mills have a 2 year guarantee, valid from the date of purchase.

Registration is recommended to benefit from the extra protection offered by the guarantee.

Conditions

Both the 2 year guarantee and the lifetime mechanism guarantee cover manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of the product, according to its instructions. Peugeot advises that using salt crystals or peppercorns that are too large for the mechanism may cause breakage, which is not covered by the guarantee. Additionally, using salt in a pepper grinder, or pepper in a salt grinder, may cause damage that is also not covered by the guarantee. Other usage or cleaning that does not follow the use and care instructions may result in damage that is not considered a manufacturing defect, and will not be covered. Normal exceptions such as accidental damage, loss and theft are also not included in the guarantee.

World Kitchen, the distributor of Pyrex, promises to replace any Pyrex glass product that breaks from oven heat, and any Pyrex non-glass accessory item with a manufacturing defect, within TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase.

Victorinox

Victorinox offers a limited lifetime warranty on all their knives. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the product, and covers faults due to manufacturing defects and flaws in materials or workmanship. Registration is not required to benefit from this warranty protection.

If you have a problem with your Victorinox knife, please contact us and arrange for it to be returned. We will have the knife inspected, and send you a replacement if the manufacturer agrees that the warranty conditions have been met.

Conditions

Victorinox advises that damage to the knife as a result of improper use is not covered by the lifetime warranty. This includes damage from cutting hard objects such as bones or packaging, and hard impacts with the blade. Rust spots and slight corrosion may occur if knives are left wet or not dried thoroughly before storage, and this is not covered by warranty. Normal exceptions such as accidental damage, loss and theft are also not covered.

Wusthof

All Wusthof knives are covered by a lifetime warranty, which lasts as long as you own your knife. Registration is not required to benefit from this lifetime warranty. Wusthof also offers a free local knife sharpening service for the life of the product.

If you have any problems with your Wusthof knives, or would like to have them professionally sharpened, please contact customer care directly on 1800 099 012, or by emailing wusthof@milners.com.au.

As part of the warranty service, your knives may have to be sent on to the German manufacturer for inspection and replacement. Once local customer care receives a replacement, they will be sent directly to you and not through the retailer.

Conditions

The lifetime warranty covers any defects in the product that occur during normal use. Wusthof advises that small rust spots may develop during the life of the product. To avoid getting rust spots, wipe your knives clean after each use, don't allow your knives to stay wet or covered in food residue, and limit dishwasher cleaning. Rust spots may be corrected with a thorough cleaning, but are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Normal exceptions such as accidental damage, loss and theft are also not covered.
