Product Details
For use with the Le Creuset Cast Iron Rectangular Oven Dish, the Le Creuset 40cm Roasting Rack is the ideal companion for creating the best roasts. By holding large cuts of meat above the oven dish, the roasting rack allows air to circulate and for the meat to cook more evenly without turning. It also creates room below the meat for roasting potatoes and other vegetables, which absorb juices coming from the meat above.
With a non-stick coating, the stainless steel Le Creuset Roasting Rack is easy to keep clean, and is designed with two protruding wireframes for easily lifting out of the oven dish.
