Santoku Knives

A crossover design between a cleaver and a chef's knife, Santoku Knives are great for chopping vegetables and slicing meat and raw fish. The tall Santoku will not typically get submerged when chopping, however the blade is often thin enough to delicately slice through raw fish. Santoku Knives will sometimes feature Granton scallops in order to reduce adhesion with dense proteins.
