The new Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard Anodised Induction range also feature flared rims for easy pouring, double riveted stay-cool handles with silicone bases, and an improved version of the ever useful Thermo-Spot so you can tell when your pan is hot enough to start cooking.

Cleaning and Care

While the Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard Anodised Induction range is designed for durability, there are some simple steps for maintaining your cookware so that it will best serve you in the years to come.

Prior to first use, Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard Anodised Induction frypans will benefit from a seasoning. Wash in hot soapy water, towel dry, and rub in half a teaspoon of vegetable oil. This will keep the non-stick surface performing to its best.

Make sure to thoroughly clean your Jamie Oliver Tefal Hard Anodised Induction frypan after every use. If not cleaned correctly, a thin layer of food particles and grease can build up on the non-stick surface, which will carbonise when next heated and reduce the performance of the Prometal Pro non-stick surface. Do not use abrasive detergents or metal scourers to clean the non-stick surface.

Only use the frypans on a low to medium heat. Because of the very efficient heat conductivity of aluminium, high heat will burn food and can affect the non-stick performance of the Prometal Pro surface.
