Named after the Stockholm Convention, the Green Pan Stockholm Casserole represents the best in environmentally conscious cookware. The frame of the Green Pan Stockholm Casserole is made from extra thick black recycled aluminium, which is light and exceptionally heat conductive.
The unique Thermolon non-stick interior is noted for its lack of potentially dangerous chemicals like PTFE and silicone oil, and its special heat resistant formula. To prevent releasing any toxic fumes, your Green Pan Stockholm Casserole is heat resistant to 450°C. This not only protects your health, but ensures the longevity of the pan by resisting burning, buckling and peeling up to extraordinary temperatures.
Great for soups, stews and braises, the Green Pan Stockholm Casserole is big enough to hold lots of liquid and has two sturdy stainless steel side handles for stability. The Thermolon non-stick interior makes stirring effortless, and cleaning off cheese sauces, burnt on onion and other stubborn food residue is easy.
