Q:Cancelling an order

If the order has not been shipped - You can contact the seller and cancel the order for a full refund
If the order has been shipped - Since orders in the shipping process cannot be modified, you'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return when the item arrives.

Q:Where's my stuff?
A:

If your package was recently shipped, tracking might not be available immediately. If your package doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date listed in , please wait a few more days. Usually packages arrive on or shortly after the estimated delivery date. Each seller has their own shipping policy. If you have not received your goods, contact the seller directly for further shipping details and tracking

Q:How do I check the status of an order?
A:

After you have placed an order with us, you can follow the fulfillment status of your order by logging into the My Account section of the website. Once your order is dispatched by the corresponding seller, an email notification will be sent to your email address with delivery details. From this point onwards, you can track your shipping status of your order using the details provide. Alternatively, you can contact the seller directly to enquire about your order.

Q:Can I order from an overseas location?
A:

You can place an order from overseas, however, orders can only be shipped to a valid Australian postal address. If you are ordering from an overseas location, you can simply put in the Australian address for both your billing and delivery address but having your own email address in the email field. This way, your friend in Australia will not receive any invoice.

Q:How do I place an order?
A:

Placing an order with LeDomaine.com.au is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

  1. Find the Items You Want
    First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our shopping mall. You can also find links and browse lists on the top navigation bar. Once you have found an item you are interested in, click on the name or the image of the product to see the product detail page.
  2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart
    If you want to order the item, simply click “Add To Cart” on the product page. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page of our shopping mall.
  3. Proceed to Checkout
    When you are ready to checkout, simply click on “Proceed To Checkout” on the Shopping Cart page. You will then be taken to the first page of the checkout process.
  4. Sign In or Checkout as Guest
    1. If you are an existing customer, you can login with your email and password
    2. If you have a Facebook account, you can login with Facebook
    3. If you just want to proceed to checkout, you can simply Checkout As Guest

  5. Enter a Shipping Address
    Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Some sellers do not ship to PO Boxes. Please view each seller’s shipping policy or contact the seller directly to find out more information.
  6. Provide Payment Information
    Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. LeDomaine.com.au accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter the number without spaces or dashes.
  7. Review & Submit Your Order
    Check the accuracy of all the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Complete Checkout” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message when the seller confirms your shipment.

Q:How do I redeem my discount coupon?
A:

n the Checkout Page, there is a section called "Coupon Code" in Step 2 of the checkout process. Enter your coupon code into the textbox and click on "Redeem". Your coupon discount will be instantly applied to your order.

Please make sure that your coupon has not expired already and is applicable for the products that you have purchased. You will be informed whether the coupon is valid or not when you click on Redeem.

You can only use one coupon code for each order you placed.

Q:When will my credit card be charged?

When you place an order with le Domaine using a credit card, the total dollar amount will be authorised by your credit card company at the time of your purchase. Once the amount is approved, your credit card will be charged this amount immediately.
