The story behind its name, Cuisipro 3-Ply Stainless Steel cookware is constructed from three layer of impact bonded metals. The interior layer of 18/10 stainless steel is durable, long lasting and wonderful to cook with, the outer layer is brilliantly polished induction compatible stainless steel, and the inner layer of aluminium gives exceptional heat conductivity and performance.

Because Cuisipro 3-Ply features this bonded construction all the way through, opposed to a heat plate on the base, heat is evenly and efficiently conducted all the way up the sides of the pots and pans. It also gives Cuisipro cookware a heavy, quality feel, but the heat conduction of aluminium counteracts the weight so that you're ready to cook in less time.
