The new Total Ti Hi-Low non-stick is strengthened with a titanium composite, which makes the unique circular grooves more resistant to abrasions and impacts. Circulon Steel Elite is lovely to keep around, in brilliant mirror polished stainless steel with accents of black in the silicone grips of the handles and the non-stick interior. Circulon's distinctive circular non-stick groves, the Total Hi-Low Food Release System, have received an upgrade with Circulon Steel Elite. Strengthened with a very tough titanium composite - earning it the Total Ti moniker - the non-stick groves are more resiliant against abrasion and impacts. The grooves work by interrupting the contact food has with the surface of the pan, letting air get beneath food so that it cooks perfectly and releases easily.
