Calphalon Unison is divided into two ranges: Slide and Sear. Slide pans have a smooth, blemish-free non stick surface, allowing food to move across the surface while stirring and serving. Sear, on the other hand, has a textured surface, designed to mimic the searing qualities of stainless steel, while still being easy to use. By covering both types of surfacing, Calphalon Unison gives you a coherent range of cookware, while still delivering tailored, purpose specific features for the best results.

Calphalon Unison cookware has a very smooth base, which will not scratch glass cooktops and is easy to keep clean. Lacking a steel baseplate, the range is not induction cooktop compatible. Use with gas, electric cooktops and ceramic elements.
