The All-Clad Stainless Steel Classic Roaster with Rack makes unforgettable roasts, and it makes them so easily that you'll almost forget that you were the one who cooked for everybody! The removable rack fits large cuts of meat easily, and by holding it above the roasting tray the rack allows heat to circulate and cook the meat evenly. Beneath the tray can go potatoes, onions and other roasting vegetables, which will absorb the fats and juices that run off the roasting meat above. The result is beautifully cooked meat, very tasty veges and simple clean up - because the meat hasn't been charring against a flat metal surface in the oven!
The All-Clad Classic Roaster is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant and won't impart a metallic flavour to your food. The handles are high set, for easily handling with oven mitts on, and the inside rack is removable for easy cleaning.
